Courseable — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 22 2025
1. Introduction
Courseable.com (“Courseable,” “we,” “our”) provides self-paced online classes that may satisfy court, probation-office, or employer requirements. By purchasing or accessing any Courseable course you (“you,” “user”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
2. Course Enrollment
- You must supply accurate personal, case, and payment information.
- Enrollment is for one person and is not transferable.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination without a refund.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Full payment is required before course access is granted.
- Acceptance Guaranteed or Your Money Back. If a court, probation officer, or other supervising authority formally refuses to accept your Courseable certificate, email support@courseable.com within 10 days of the refusal, include written verification, and we will issue a 100 % refund to the original payment method.
- Except for the guarantee above, all sales are final. Additional refunds are granted only when (a) a verified technical issue on Courseable’s side prevents access or (b) an event outside our control (“act of God”) makes the course unavailable. Any such request must be submitted within 10 days of purchase and include documentation.
4. Using the Course
- Content is for your personal educational use only; copying, recording, sharing, or reselling is prohibited.
- You are responsible for completing all lessons, quizzes, and required seat-time before the dashboard deadline. Extensions are granted at Courseable’s discretion.
- Courseable issues a PDF certificate upon successful completion; final acceptance always rests with the requesting court, employer, or agency.
