Every decision — how seat time is counted, how a certificate is verified, how a live class takes attendance — was made to survive scrutiny from a judge, a probation officer or an auditor. That is the foundation we build on for you.

Do we own the platform and the content?
The courses we build for you are yours. The platform is hosted and operated by Courseable under a service agreement, and your data — learners, records, completions — is yours to export at any time.
Can we use the courses we already have?
Yes. The platform runs cmi5/xAPI packages, which Articulate Storyline and Rise export directly. We'll review what you have, import what works, and rebuild what doesn't.
Do our learners have to pay?
Only if you want them to. The hub can charge participants by card, offer waivers or promo codes, bill weekly for live classes, or enroll everyone free with no payment step.
How do live classes work?
Learners get a personal Zoom link for each session, the instructor takes roll call inside the platform, and attendance becomes part of the completion record. We run weekly live classes this way today.
Is it accessible?
The platform is built to WCAG 2.1 AA and works on any modern phone, tablet or computer. More than half of our own learners complete on a phone.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
Data is hosted in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-based — staff see their program, referrers see the learners they referred, learners see only themselves. We never sell or share learner data.
How long does it take?
A typical engagement goes from first call to first learners in four to five months: two to three weeks of discovery, eight to twelve weeks of build, then a pilot cohort. Simpler hubs go faster.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many courses you need built and whether we run live classes for you. We quote a fixed build fee, per-course development and a flat monthly run fee after discovery — never per seat.
We're a public agency. How do we buy from you?
Most of our court and county work runs on a purchase order with net-30 terms. We provide a W-9, register as a vendor in your system, and can supply the documentation your procurement office needs.
