Some orders name a state-licensed program.
This class isn’t that — and we’ll tell you.

Every state regulates DUI/DWI programs differently. Two minutes here protects your money and your court date.

Georgia’s “Risk Reduction Program” (DUI school) is DDS-certified at a fixed $360 — and DDS rejects online certificates for it by name.

This class is for you if your order says…

  • A generic alcohol awareness class for MIP or public drunkenness
  • A solicitor pretrial-diversion condition naming no agency
  • A probation condition with proof to your PO
Every enrollment is backed by our Court Acceptance Guarantee.

You need your state’s licensed program if it says…

  • “DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program” / “Risk Reduction”
  • “DDS-certified,” NEEDS assessment, 20-hour course
  • Clinical evaluation (DBHDD) · license reinstatement
Risk Reduction runs only through DDS-certified schools. Official DDS provider list →
Be careful with “accepted everywhere” promises on alcohol and DUI classes.
Alcohol classes are different from most court classes: nearly every state runs a licensed program for DUI-track orders that no private online class can satisfy. So if an online provider offers a blanket “our alcohol or DUI course is accepted in all 50 states” guarantee, be extremely careful — no matter what the sales page says. An honest provider tells you when their class won’t work; that’s what this checker is for. And on the orders we do serve, our promise is simple: accepted by your court, or every dollar back.

Whatever your paperwork calls it

Courts write the same generic order under many names. If yours uses any of these — with no licensed program named — this class covers it.

Near you — or anywhere

Told to find a class “near you”? Online counts.

For provider-flexible orders, Georgia courts routinely accept online completion in place of a local program — no crawling down the Connector to a weeknight classroom, no waiting for the next session in Columbus or Augusta. You take the same self-paced class from home, on any device, and your certificate verifies instantly, wherever your court sits.

If your paperwork says “local,” “in your county,” or names a specific program, check with your probation officer before you enroll — DUI and named-program orders follow their own rules (the paperwork check above sorts them out), and every enrollment is backed by our Court Acceptance Guarantee.

Common Questions

Detailed answers about our court-ordered alcohol awareness classes.

Is this a DUI program or DUI school?

No — and anyone selling you a self-paced class for a DUI program order is selling you a refund. State DUI/DWI programs (California’s licensed DUI programs, Texas DWI Education, New Jersey’s IDRC, and similar) are licensed by each state and usually required separately by the DMV before you get your license back. If your order names one of those, use your state’s official provider list — check your paperwork here. If your order is a general alcohol awareness or education class where you choose the provider, that’s exactly what this is.

Will my court accept an online class?

For provider-flexible orders, courts in most states accept online completion, and every enrollment is covered by the guarantee: accepted by your court, or your money back. If you want certainty first, email a photo of your paperwork and we’ll tell you before you pay.

Which length do I need — 4, 8, or 12 hours?

Your court paperwork states the required hours — match it exactly. Most alcohol orders specify 8 or 12 hours; only choose the 4-hour class if your order clearly says four.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. One payment covers the class, one attempt at the final exam, unlimited access until you finish, and your certificate. If you need another try at the exam, retakes are available at the price shown before you pay.

How fast can I get my certificate?

The moment you pass the final lesson, your certificate downloads instantly and is emailed to you. Many students enroll and finish the same week their paperwork is due.

It’s my first offense. Is this the right place to start?

Usually, yes — first-time public intoxication, minor-in-possession, and disorderly matters are the most common orders we serve. First-offense DUI is different: most states route it into a licensed program, so check the paperwork guide first.

Can I take this class on my phone?

Yes — it works on any device. Over 50% of our students complete their class entirely on their phone. Progress saves automatically and syncs if you switch devices; no app download required.

I was ordered to take an impulse control or decision-making class — is that this class?

No — that’s a separate class, and we offer it too. Courts order impulse control & decision-making classes for charges like petty theft, disorderly conduct, or first-offense diversion. If your paperwork says “impulse control,” “decision-making,” “thinking errors,” or “making better choices,” enroll in that class instead — same instant certificate and the same Court Acceptance Guarantee.

D

Danillo

I took the 8-hour course and I learnt a lot. The course content is very high quality. It's direct, to the point, and precise. It was also the cheapest 8-hour course I could find online that was court-approved. And best of all, my court accepted the certificate without any issues.

F

Frank

Course was concise, easy to follow and effective in transmitting the source material into practical knowledge. I highly recommend!!

M

Michelle

I took this course for a court requirement, and I went into it with very low expectations. But to my surprise, I found this class to be actually very beneficial as it was packed with really effective strategies. I got my court requirement fulfilled and also improved myself. Thank you!

D

Derek

I thought this was a helpful course because it opened my eyes to things I 'thought I knew,' but never gave them the attention that they needed. I was able to take things from this course that I am confident I can apply to my life for immediate and long-term benefit.

S

Simone

It was a very easy course to follow and allows for you to seamlessly pick up where you leave off. The price is perfect as well!
