Questions

My order says 12 weeks. Which option should I choose?
Check the wording. If it says attend, group or live sessions, choose the live class: your instructor takes attendance at every class. If it only gives a number of weeks, either can fit, so pick the one that will help you most. Not sure? Ask your attorney or probation officer before you enroll.
Will my court accept an online class?
Accepted nationwide — or your money back. Full refund if your court doesn't accept it — send us proof within 30 days. Read the guarantee.
What will my certificate say?
The live class certificate states the weeks your instructor confirmed at roll call: (12 Weeks Attended). The self-paced certificate reads (12 Weeks). Both carry an online verification code.
When can I start?
Live class: join any week. Enrollment in a class closes 1 hour before it starts; your first class is the next one after that. Self-paced: your first lesson opens when you enroll, and the next one opens each week after that.
What if I miss a live class?
Your enrollment includes one excused absence. Each further missed week uses one of your purchased weeks, and you keep attending; for a full certificate you add a make-up week from your class page for each week used. A class Courseable cancels never counts against you.
How does my probation officer see my progress?
Download your attendance record (live class) or progress report (self-paced) from your dashboard at any time and send it on. Your certificate's verification code lets them check it online.
