How do I download my Certificate?

After you’ve successfully completed your course, you will be issued a downloadable certificate which will be sent to you via email and also available in your Student Dashboard.

 

To find your certificate, first log in to Courseable at https://courseable.com/login/

Then you will be taken to your Student Dashboard automatically (if for some reason you are not taken to your dashboard, just click here https://courseable.com/dashboard/ )

 
 
 

And then go to the Certificates page, where you will be able to download your certificates

 
 

Remember, your certificate will also be sent to you via email.

How do I update the name on my Certificate?

We set your name in Courseable based on the information you provide on the Intake Form. And we’ve seen that sometimes users make mistakes and are looking to update/change their name.

 

Updating the name on your account is easy and can be done while you are taking the class or even after the certificate has been generated.

 

How to change your name while you are taking the class

  1. Head over to your Dashboard

  2. Then go to My Account

  3. Click Account Details

  4. Now you can update the name

  5. Click Save Changes when you are done

 
 
 

How to change your name after you’ve completed the course

Did you complete your course and then spot a typo? It’s easy to fix.

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Click on My Certificates

  3. Next to the certificate, there will be an Update Name option

  4. Click and update your name

I've purchased a course, but I don't see it on my Dashboard. What do I do?

If you’ve bought a course but don’t see it in your dashboard, please follow these steps.

 
  1. First visit courseable.com/dashboard and log in with your username and password. Then, you can just navigate to the My Courses section to check if your course is listed.

  2. If your course is not there in your dashboard, one of two things could be happening.

    1. You have just purchased, and the system has not yet fully processed your order. During busy times, it may take up to 20 minutes for the course to be assigned to your account. If you have just purchased it, please allow a few minutes for the purchase to appear in your dashboard.

    2. Your credit card company rejected the payment. In rare cases, your credit card company may reject/hold a payment even after it initially appears to have gone through. Please reach out to us at support@courseable.com so we can verify this.

Note: Every customer will get two emails when they purchase a course (a purchase confirmation email and a welcome email).

If you don’t see any emails from Courseable, that means that while signing up, you made a typo when typing your email address. Please send us an email at support@courseable.com, and we will help you with this.

If your court or employer told you to take an anger management class but didn’t say how many hours, don’t worry—we can help.

Here’s the quick breakdown:

  • 4-Hour Course – Good for minor offenses, skill refreshers, or personal growth.

  • 8-Hour Course – Most commonly accepted when the number of hours isn’t specified.

  • 12-Hour Course – For more serious cases or when a judge or probation officer clearly mandates 12 hours.

📌 If your paperwork doesn’t specify hours, we recommend the 8-hour course. It meets most court and employer requirements and includes everything from the 4-hour version, plus deeper material.
