As a former probation officer, I often sought effective programs that my clients could enroll in to meet court-ordered requirements without creating additional burdens. This course would meet those requirements and has the added bonus of being self-paced and mobile device-friendly.

I recommend Courseable without hesitation.

I took the 8 hour course and I learnt a lot. The course content is very high quality. Its direct, to the point and precise. It was also the cheapest 8 hour course I could find online that was court approved. And best of all my court accepted the certificate without any issues.

Frequently asked questions

Have questions? We’ve got answers! Explore our FAQs to learn more about Courseable.com and how it works.

Are Courseable certificates accepted by courts and probation offices?

Yes. Our courses are designed to meet the standards most courts and agencies require (time-tracked modules, quizzes, final assessment, and a verifiable certificate). Acceptance decisions can vary by judge/county. We provide a detailed syllabus and instant certificate verification to support approval.

How do I verify a student’s certificate?

Every certificate includes a unique verification ID and link. Enter the ID on our verification page to confirm learner name, course, hours, and completion timestamp. You can also request the certificate PDF from the student or from us with the ID.

What information appears on the certificate?

Learner name, course title, total hours/format, completion date/time (with timezone), unique verification ID, and Courseable signature block. We can add court/PO name and case number if the student enters it during intake.

How do the courses ensure required hours are completed?

Courses are time-tracked. Learners must view lessons, complete knowledge checks, and pass the final quiz to unlock the certificate. Idle timeouts prevent “running in the background.”

Can we get a sample certificate and a course outline for our files?

Yes. We can provide a sample certificate PDF, a course syllabus/outline, and a verification demo. Request them via email support@courseable.com.

What formats and durations are available?

We offer courses in Self-Paced format and Weekly format.

Are courses mobile-friendly

Yes. Courses work on phones, tablets, and computers.

How fast can a learner receive a certificate?

Immediately after passing the final quiz and meeting time requirements. The certificate downloads instantly and is also emailed to the learner.

What if a learner fails the final quiz?

Knowledge checks throughout the course help prepare students for the final test. If they fail the final test they can purchase a retake.

Do you support office-wide discount codes?

Yes. We offer office-wide codes or individual counselor codes. Apply through the partner form and select your preference.

Can our office receive completion reports?

Yes. On request, we can enable periodic completion summaries (e.g., weekly) for your office, or confirm an individual’s completion when you provide the verification ID.

How is learner data protected?

We collect minimal information needed to run the course and issue certificates. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored securely, and never sold. We can share our security overview upon request.

Can you invoice our organization or accept purchase orders?

By default, students pay individually via Stripe at checkout. For agencies requiring invoicing or POs, contact us—bulk purchase and voucher options are available.

What support is available for learners and agencies?

Email support (and in-course help) during business hours with quick response. We prioritize active court deadlines; urgent cases can note their date in the ticket subject.

What if a court declines an online course?

It’s extremely uncommon as long as the student has picked a course length that satisfies what was prescribed to them by their court/PO/attorne.

In the rare cases, a court may blanket reject online courses, we recommend that the user contact us. We’ll supply the outline and verification details for reconsideration. If still declined, we’ll follow our refund policy and provide a 100% refund.

How do we get started as a partner?

Use the form on this page. We’ll verify your organization and send your 50% partner code—either office-wide or counselor-specific—usually within 1–2 business days.

Not sure which anger management class you need?

If your court or employer told you to take an anger management class but didn’t say how many hours, don’t worry—we can help.

Here’s the quick breakdown:

  • 4-Hour Course – Good for minor offenses, skill refreshers, or personal growth.

  • 8-Hour Course – Most commonly accepted when the number of hours isn’t specified.

  • 12-Hour Course – For more serious cases or when a judge or probation officer clearly mandates 12 hours.

📌 If your paperwork doesn’t specify hours, we recommend the 8-hour course. It meets most court and employer requirements and includes everything from the 4-hour version, plus deeper material.
